GTA 6 launch gallery: new official screenshots, two weeks before release

Rockstar has opened a new GTA VI Launch Gallery on 5 November, with screenshots of Vice City and the wider setting. The announcement repeats the 19 November release date. You can browse the full collection on the official gallery.

A closer look at the announcement image

The lead screenshot shows Jason at the wheel and Lucia in the passenger seat of a roof-down convertible. Both hold handguns, while pink and blue light reflects across the windscreen and interior. That is a visible scene, not evidence of a particular mission name, player-controlled action or point in the story.

For a useful comparison, open Rockstar’s original image beside the official Launch Trailer. Look at the setting, clothing and framing. A similar vehicle or lighting scheme alone cannot establish that two shots depict the same mission. The announcement does not identify the context of this scene.

Screenshots, preload and playing are separate

The gallery is available to view now. Digital preload is scheduled for 10 November: midnight local time on PS5 and 00:00 GMT worldwide on Xbox Series X|S. Downloading those files does not unlock the game early. Rockstar’s announced release date remains 19 November.

Before downloading, check your console’s available space and automatic-download settings. Our preload preparation guide explains the platform differences; the UK countdown distinguishes store-listed playable timing from the download opening.
