The Titan Job is the finale of the Oscar Guzman Flies Again contract, run out of the McKenzie Field Hangar, and it is one of GTA Online best solo weekly paydays. Oscar, the drug smuggler, is back with an air-based grudge against Eberhard Munitions, and the strand snowballs into stealing a giant Titan 250 D cargo plane and dismantling a paramilitary gun-running operation from the sky. Fair warning: it is aircraft-heavy, so it doubles as flying practice whether you wanted the lesson or not.

Step 1: buy the hangar

• Buy the McKenzie Field Hangar in Grapeseed, GTA$1,475,000, from the For Sale sign on site or the Maze Bank Foreclosures website. It comes with 20 aircraft storage slots as a bonus
• Head inside, approach the laptop, and select Oscar Guzman Flies Again to start the chain
• One to four players, but this is a solo earner at heart: crew members take separate fixed payments rather than a cut, so more players speeds the fights without splitting your money

Step 2: run the setups

• The setups have you flying a wide range of aircraft to sabotage Eberhard supply lines: stealing Moguls, moving cargo, and disrupting their operation across the map
• Some tasks use the Cargobob and its cargo hook, which is the fiddly part most players grumble about, so take those calmly
• Optional objectives during the setups add bonus cash, so grab the ones that are efficient and skip anything that costs more time than it pays

Step 3: the Titan Job, step by step

• Start in the Iron Mogul with Oscar piloting, and pursue the Titan 250 D
• Hammer the Titan with the mounted machine gun until its health bar drops to the black threshold marker, then it is yours to board
• Ignore the incoming enemies and missiles where you can, they only waste your time
• Take the Titan and work through the remaining targets: destroy the marked submarine, then blow up the Eberhard equipment loaded on the train
• With every target down, fly the Titan back to the McKenzie Field Hangar
• Reach the hangar and the cutscene triggers, no tricky landing required, and the payout lands

The reference layer: what it pays

Your first-ever completion is Normal only and pays the host GTA$500,000. Finish it once and Hard mode unlocks permanently, and a Hard run pays the host GTA$750,000, plus a little extra for each optional vehicle stolen along the way. Crew members receive separate fixed payments rather than a share, which is why solo is the best personal profit. The July 2026 changes matter here: repeat Titan Jobs no longer receive the full boosted payout, so this is a once-per-cooldown weekly run rather than an endless grind, and the cooldown is roughly one real-time hour after the finale. Run it once a week on Hard, keep the optional objectives sensible, and it is one of the better solo hours in Los Santos.
